ShowClix Hosts a Party!

Friend of the Sandwich and all-around cool entrepreneur Lynsie sent a message over announcing the launch of ShowClix’s mobile ticketing service.  For those of you who don’t know them, ShowClix is a great little startup founded right here in Pittsburgh that helps you find shows as a show search engine but also allows you to buy tickets (and offer tickets if you are a band)!  Here’s the skinny on their upcoming party:

 After months of hard work, I’m excited to announce that ShowClix is ready to launch our new mobile ticketing service - woot woot!  And to celebrate, we’re bringing one of the best indie rock bands around to Pittsburgh - TOKYO POLICE CLUB!

When fans buy tickets to see Tokyo Police Club with special guests (and Pittsburgh favorites) Donora and Lohio – for the first time EVER – ShowClix will deliver tickets directly to their mobile phones! This is the next generation of ticketing and we’re very excited to debut it in our hometown of Pittsburgh.
