I am neurotic…?
My co-worker pointed me to this website which has elements of Overheard in Pittsburgh and PostSecret. People submit anecdotes about things that make them slightly insane. It’s very fun and interesting to see what freaks people out.
Me? I can’t stand the texture of paper grocery bags. It’s like nails on a chalk board to the Nth degree, and makes me bite my tongue every time I touch them.

Ooh, I can play this game. Tin foil: I can’t stand it. It’s too squeaky and my nails rub against it and give me the shivers, much like nails on a chalkboard.
Awesome. Now I can safely and anonymously judge how crazy I am compared to other people.

I hate the sound that newspaper makes. A friend of mine used to grab a page on each side and violently unfold it in my face.

I have a thing with straight lines… If a picture on the wall is even a little bit crooked, I’ll obsess and fret until it’s fixed. I can’t sit in a beautician’s chair if the foot rest doesn’t line up with the tile on the floor… I have no idea where this comes from, but it can really get annoying…
